To ensure normal use, we strongly suggest reading the following tips:
1. Heating Problem
Because of Al alloy material and multiple functions, the adapter will be a bit warmer when using, it’s normal phenomenon and has no effect on its performance
2. Charging Function
(1) As this adapter costs about 7.5W for working, laptop charging speed will be slower through hub adapter
(2) Do NOT support fast charging cellphone through USB-A port, as the total current of 3 USB 3.0 ports is MAX 1.5A(with PD charging); Only support connecting 1 HDD/SSD at a time.
(3) USB-C female port is only for laptop power delivery, NOT for phone charging and data transferring, please choose power adapter(not included) based on PD protocol
(4) If usb-c port does not support charging function, then it can NOT charge your laptop through this adapter,please confirm first whether usb-c port supports charging your device
(5) For Xiaomi laptops, when connecting to original power adapter through ugreen usb c hub, laptop screen might keep flashing, we suggest changing to another PD power adapter such as Apple, Dell or other PD power adapter to charge your laptop. When not connecting original xiaomi power adapter, all functions work.
(6) Charging function cannot work or cannot provide sufficient power for the following laptops:
